I called them on a Thursday. They told me to call back Monday. I called back Monday and was asked to leave a voicemail for intake. They did not get back to me in "no more than 24 hours" as promised. On Wednesday, the intake coordinator called me back, took my information and told me she would match me to a therapist and call me back "Thursday or Friday". By Monday evening I still had not received a call back. Tuesday morning, they FINALLY called and said, "We told you we'd call you back whether we had any openings or not. Unfortunately we don't."

First of all, that's not what was said at all. I was told I was being matched to a therapist and had no idea my time was being wasted.

Second... this is a terrible way to treat your new patients. If you have a job or are in school, or ever leave the house, their intake process is absolutely impossible, because it depends on you to be ready to take a call at any moment... for days and days and days.

In short, don't waste your time.

terrible service staff is a joke there is no professionals here just people who cant work elswhere ...please dont attempt to get care here ..get help where people care about there footprint huge scam

They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if the management seems to care about nothing but themselves and making money! The way the management talked to the rest of the employee's was impaling and I seriously felt sorry for any of the young girls who have to work at the front desk and deal with the two evil women in the back. I would NEVER recommend this place and will never be returning!
