I reached out to Carl Robinson to begin Anger Management Classes. He was very withholding of information about the course until I made payment. Before paying for the course, I made him aware of the special accommodations made by the DA to allow me to take two classes per week instead of the standard pace of one class per week. He told me that he could provide that service for me so I signed up for the course and paid the money in full, a total of $480.
After I paid for the course, that’s when he informed me that he would not be able to offer me 2 classes per week because it was not standard. He asked that I provide legal documentation stating that I was approved for 2 classes per week. I submitted the official agreement between the DA and my attorney; he then accused me of submitting a fraudulent document. I had my attorney submit documentation to him directly explaining that the documentation was a legal conditional agreement between the prosecutor and the defense and that it was a legitimate legal document. He told my attorney that he only “takes orders from the judge who is a personal friend of mine”. The DA also reached out to him to confirm that the document was legitimate, he was told the same thing.
Meanwhile, I was taking one class per week since that’s all he would offer me. The entire time
he was very short and insulting with communication, calling me a fraud and telling me that I
deserved to be locked up. He seemed to be unable to comprehend information, evidenced by
his repeated statements of the legal documents being fraudulent. Perhaps his reading level is
not commensurate with his title. He would only communicate via text and refused to speak to
me on the phone telling me that he was “done” with me and directed me to communicate with
his staff only. He threatened on multiple occasions to tell the judge that I was committing fraud
(Since the judge was a personal friend of his) and would suggest that I be locked up.
Upon course completion I contacted him to retrieve my certificate of completion. He informed me that I would receive it the following day. The following day he stated that he would not provide my certificate because I challenged him by talking too much and asking too many questions. Additionally, he stated that I did not complete the program because the documentation had not been verified by the judge. Keep in mind, I had completed the entire course at one class per week as is standard.
Because I previously suspected his poor character, I took screenshots of every class I took just in case something like this happened. I submitted this proof to the DA directly. The DA, attorney, and judge contacted him by phone and email to provide documentation of completion. He advised his staff to tell the judge that I was one hour short. After him exploding on the DA, and refusing to provide any proof that I was short one hour or that I took any course at all, the prosecutor decided to close my case.
I share all of this to warn the public that Carl Robinson Psy. D. is a fraud! He stole my money, lied to me, and treated me like I was less than. He was completely uncooperative until the very end and above all else, did not provide me the service that I paid for. Do not do business with this man, he is unprofessional, immoral, and seemingly incompetent.
Carl Robinson says he is a pastor and is doing Gods work. What Carl Robinson is doing is the work of the devil. Carl Robinson is in a fortunate position to help others but instead he is in the way of progress and chooses to hurt individuals rather than lifting them up. What God have plan for me do devil can take that away from me.
