We ordered two pulleys June 2010. After a considerable amount of time and not receiving our merchandise we contacted the company to cancel our order and credit our card. We got the run around and as of today (11/27/2010) we are still getting the run around. We have received, in our opinion, very poor service and believe that this company is possibly scamming people. John Watkins the owner has been rude to my husband and myself. After calmly letting John Watkins know that we have followed their backorder canceling procedures, I was told that "I will have it taken care of" and then rudely hung up on. BBB was contacted but the complaint was closed due to fitness-equipment.com not replying. I have looked up this company and lucky I was not the poor guy that got stiffed for 6grand. Buyer beware of this fitness equipment "company".
