This place is not a "Fitness Supplier" -- it's a community-gym for people with disabilities. There is no charge for using the gym, but you must have a medical doctor sign the authorization form before you can use the facilities. The equipment is set up to make it easy for wheelchair users to roll up and use the weight training machines, but you don't need to be confined to a wheelchair to qualify to use this facility: you could be at any stage of recovery from an injury or illness, and some of the patrons have disabilities that are not mobility-related, e.g. blindness. The other reviewer who said in Oct 2011 that "this business" has never been late for "an appointment" is on crack -- in the 20 year history of this center, it has NEVER been a *business*, they do not take/make appointments, and they do not sell ANYthing. What a lie.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
