The Zone has helped me to push myself to be a healthier person all around. I learned that to lose weight you don't have to quit eating the foods you love, just eat smaller portions. Also thanks to Eric for showing us the proper ways to use the machines. It was all worth it:) My fitness pal.com and working out will always be a part of my life!
