I got an appointment quickly, they are Russians so there is a cultural thing but they try hard to please. Prices are good but it is Russian style so you cannot compare it to a hotel spa. It is a different kind of experience. Choose a quiet time at the spa and you can relax and all is good. Choose a busy time and it is a bit crazy and noisy. There were families and kids a few times and that really sucked. The treatments were very good. Especially the OAk leave massage, but the pace as to be empty for that or else it is too humid in the Russian Room
