Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The club took money out of my bank account even after I cancelled my trial membership. I have still haven't been reimbursed and no one will call me back.
