I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.
