I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.
