Please go to ANY other agency. These people are a joke. State Farm is great but this office is the most unprofessional group of women. I called over a dozen times or the course of a month. i had to leave a voicemail all but the last two times. That is 10 voicemails that were never returned & one message directly to the office staff. When I FINALLY spoke to an agent, she was rude & once they faxed what I requested, they sent everything except what I needed. If you are a fan of paying for a service that you are likely to never receive, this is the agency for you.
