The staff at Parker & Watts Insurance are friendly and always happy to help me. My questions answered quickly. Once a change in insurance carriers caused a billing error, but they were able to get it resolved fast. They spent time time with me to make sure I had the right coverage and shopped my insurance to get me the best deal. I like them more than my previous insurance company because they seem to be working on my side instead of the big insurance company's.
