They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. Theres serikous difficulty with the billing department, and that's left me completely unhappy. One of my procedures required a waiting period and prior insurance authorization before the scheduling and performance of the work. Aftgerwards a "newbie" financial services rep., would call my evening only number weekly leaving threatening messages regarding the bill which I sent confirmation of insurance and complete payment. He threatened to report to the credit bureau's and HE did@! Even though the bill is 100% satisfied. Im still fighting to have this removed from the credit bureaus, something really difficult it seems. The harm was inexcusable, and Im so upset!
