They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
