I cancelled my policy and am due a refund of over $350.00. I have been waiting since Nov 26, 2012 and John Bucannon (agent) says it was mailed on Dec 26, 2012. It is now Jan 7, 2013 and still no refund. I know USPS is slow but this is crazy. It would have saved me a lot of time and frustration if I had never gone here. I will never recommend them to others and save them the hassle that I had to go through.
