They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. The office was easy enough to find. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable.
