They do not follow the law or guidelines. Be very cautious, I worked here and left for many reasons. Yet kept my insurance as I did not think 3 years after leaving this agency that they would do what they have done with my insurance in the last 30 days leaving me open to financial loss on my home even though I have paid in full til 5/31/19. Urging all to either switch agencies or carriers.
