My son and husband have called numerous times about our claim over the past 2 weeks. We either get a voice mail or no answer at all. Who is the manager over this Claims Office? We having been trying to contact the agent over our claim to get a rental car and re-adjust our schedules 200 miles away. This is frustrating and has given Allstate a bad reputation in our eyes.
