I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
