the staff is very knowledgeable. You are 'cared for' with this program. But more over you are just as much left alone- to be success as well. There are no worrisome calls from the office over an over to 'see how you are doing' etc. You get your plan, you get tools and you make/keep your appointments. This is great for professional people and/or busy moms!
