I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
