I went to Jed after displacing 3 ribs at my job. He was a total professional with a pleasant attitude. It was obvious that he is extremely well educated/trained, and he was very good at communicating his observations and instructions.

He made me feel comfortable and addressed issues with my entire body, not just my presenting complaint. After the appointment he told me the best ways to prevent re-injury, and told me that there was no need to come back unless my body told me it needed a little more help/

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment?
Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

After feeling discomfort and pain for seven months I was referred to Dr. Jed while on vacation in Gunnison. I not only was immediately relieved of my pain and discomfort but I also had more energy and clarity which isn't why I even went to see him. He went above and beyond. He gave me specific instructions of what I should do immediately after the adjustments and to do at home which I really appreciated. I've been to many chiropractors and he is one talented healer! I am now searching for someone just like him in San Diego. If only I lived in Gunnison. Thank you so much Dr. Jed!

Dr. Jed is AWESOME!!! We live in Texas, but vacation every summer in Colorado. I look forward to my vacation because I know I will be able to get adjusted/treated by Jed. I have seen many chiropractors, and I feel he is BY FAR the BEST. My entire family goes to see him, and he is the only one I will let adjust my children (ages 6 and 9 months).

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
