There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places.

I am only giving them one star because it will not let me give them no stars. I wanted to shop local and spend my money where I live instead of online. So much for that! The lady working was terribly rude. I wanted to smell one of the massage lotions I was going to buy and she rudely approaches me and says, "you can't open the bottle." I said, "I wasn't opening it, I was smelling it." She said, "you can't do that" so I replied, "if I can't smell it, I won't buy it" I will buy my $17 lotion online or in Columbus where my business is appreciated.
