One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
