He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions. The staff was very helpful. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. This place had a great staff and I'll definitely be going back.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They only gave me very basic and general information, and were only able to answer a few of my questions. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.
