DO NOT send your loved one to this facility. Their unprofessional, lack of care and lack of KNOWLEDGE put my mother in the ICU! The nursing staff was so rude and bothered by our questions and concerns maybe they should have taken us more serious because we obviously knew more than them.

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

No. I still haven't talked to them.
