Fairhaven offers excellent assisted living. The staff treats residents and their visiting families as though they are family members. Everyone acts like they are caring for their own grandparents. Many social activities are planned everyday. A local minister visits on Wednesday and Sundays for prayer meetings and worship services. The administrators are immediately responsive to all inquires relating to services. The facility is well-maintained and always clean. If/When I need assisted living I hope Fairhaven is available for me.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. Their staff is knowledgeable and qualified. They made sure every question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. They treat their staff with respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with their staff members. They definitely believe in quality here and it is much appreciated.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I will absolutely return. This business is in a very safe area and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
