The first thing that I noticed after returning from a year ago, was how clean and shinny the floors were! I don't know if they have new staff working there now, but it sure was clean!

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.
