My wife has been in the dementia care wing of Garden View - Chesterfield for about 4 months and I am still pretty amazed at how well she is doing. She is eating better, walking better, more conversational, and happier than when she was living with me the last several months. And her care was my primary task! The Garden View staff is very friendly. They all know my wife well, and know me well also. They always take time to stop and talk with me on how my wife is participating in the activities and keep me informed on any medication issues or whatever. She is always well dressed and clean when I visit. They always answer all my questions and are so friendly. I visit my wife several times a week, and the staff is always glad to see me and welcomes me. I must say that Garden View has exceeded my expectations for a dementia care facility!
