Staff was very friendly and accomodating! I was unable to qualify with the program but the mananger Amanda Slate provided me with some alternative places to check out. She was very pleasant and showed me and apartment even though at this time I am unable to qualify. They have an age limit of 62, but I was very pleased with the rental quote she gave me based on my income, assets, and reoccuring medical expenses.
