Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. As soon as I asked the staff for some assistance, it was obvious that they didn't want to help me at all. They completely ignored me, and continued chatting among themselves. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion.
