They need more personnel that actually care about the patients. Try to get to pt. within 10 not 30 plus. Have witness this so many times and complained but always excuses until you walk to the hall way and see them talking and it's i'm coming right now. They have a lot of good aids and nurses. Need to weed out the ones that are there for a paycheck. Just my opinion.

I am a former employee. This place cares nothing about the residents. They allow them to lay in urine for hours, never or barely getting fed by staff. They have had several patients possibly abused by staff in their dementia unit. Several fractures and several broken bones with no explanation. The administrator is 24 years old and he cares more about the floors being waxed than the residents who pay the bills well being. He is very rude to the elderly and care less about them as long as he had a “head in the bed”. The nurses don’t give the ordered medication they have worsened residents conditions and no one cares. Don’t ever send your love one to live here. They will be disrespected, possibly abused, not fed, not bath and God knows what else. Some of the staff cares but most off them do not. They also talk to those poor old people horrible. The care is horrible. Many smart families have pulled their families out of this facility over the last 5 weeks it’s been 9. They see the care is poor and they leave. Dylan Brunson the administrator, is a young hot head, who knows nothing about long term care or how to treat and talk to people. Please please i beg you i was on the inside, they don’t care, take your family to another facility. I will not stop telling people how poor that care is someone needs to know the cRtruth. Their were days i went home crying wondering if my patient was fed or cared for in my absence. The night CNA are sleep most of the time and they don’t answer the call light. Imagine your love one on the floor for hours with no one to hear them scream or ask for help. That’s because as i mentioned the CNA sleep and the nurse to busy.

After my mother was released from the hospital she was place in this home for rehab. They just set her up on the side of the bed and that was it. Then after 7 days they said I had to get her out. then the day before I picked her up the had several people trying to get my mother to sell her house give them the money for her to stay and after the funds ran out the would get her on Medicaid. They also said that I was not caring for my mother. This had me so mad. They hounded her all day. After I was asking around about the situation no one would talk to me. Now after I have gotten my mother back home they have gone as far as calling adult protective services on me and the works out of their mouth was the same as what the people at the home had said. BEWARE OF THE MONEY HUNGRY LEACHES!!!!!!!!
