The waiting room here is a little bit spacious - on off days. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. Old Lady Tutera is not professional and really rude. I saw her act horribly to some people ahead of me - until she found out they were potential clients loaded with $$$ - then she became their best buddy. Fortunately they were not stupid, did not buy it, and found better places to reside and spend their money.
