They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover.

There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.

You know this is some place you don't want to work when a CNA's word is more important than a nurse's when she has not even been to school. But around that place thatygive the orders not the nurses. Boy, that is pretty stupid. So would you want CNA's taking care of your loved ones instead of nurses. And you are harrassed by the kitchen staff, and the CNA's as an employee. I always thought there was better judgement there than this.
