We had had good experiences here until recently when I was checking my Eva in for a teeth cleaning. Their head technician JULIA was booking me in and had the worst attitude I've ever experienced! She was aggressive and surly and I would NOT recommend leaving your loved ones in the care of this unhappy soul. I cancelled Eva's teeth cleaning and left. We will be taking our business elsewhere which is said because we had been with BVC for years.

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.
