I took my son here for four visits and there were never any staff members. Before I chose tthis office I did my research and had called them to make sure they were an in network provider with my insurance company so that I would have no deductibles. The girl said" yes we are" So after four visits, I finally received an EOB from my insurance company for all four visits and because they were out of network, I had to pay for them all because of my deductible.My insurance company stated that they have just signed up to be in network providers so if I continued taking my son there, I would not have any deductibles and the visits would be paid 100%. At one of my son's visits, there was a person waiting for an interview. So basically, they person in charge of billing is lying or they do not know what they are doing. Either way, we will not be coming back.
