I brought two of my children there to screen for a possible genetic issue that may have been the cause of an unexplained stroke in my family of someone in their early 50s who was otherwise very healthy. We waited for 2 hours only to be told that the labs I sent weeks earlier (which they'd never bothered to look at) were incomplete - and that I had to come back. They also told my kids not to smoke or get overweight. Are you kidding me! One is a D1 college athlete without and ounce of fat and the other is 6'2" who stuggles to keep weight on his skinny body. The three of us had all taken off work...for this? The staff behind the desk were goofing aorund the entire time, there were no other people waiting besides us and then didn't seem to understand why I was annoyed for being kept waiting. I will never go back.
