I had moved away and moved back after 5 yrs and realized I needed a breast exam. I didn't know who to go to as it had been a while since I lived in Indianapolis. I then began to try to remember which center I used when I last lived here. I knew it was a wonderful center and I didn't want to go anywhere else. I thought and thought and then remembered Perceptions as my provider for yearly breast exams.I was so excited because I remembered them as being professional, helpful, exact, and always willing to go the extra mile for their patients. I think that says a lot when patients who have been gone for years, come back and are unwilling to go to anyone else but them. Thanks Perceptions for being the best in town! See you next week!...

The office staff and hospital staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They spend extra time with me and answer every question I have. The hospital is easy to navigate and not overcrowded so I don't feel overwhelmed.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
