This Dr Karen lost my dog as a patient the day I walked in the door and had to wait 30 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me. Even though there were people looking or rather staring at me from time to time inside the office and moving around. The old "hag" at the front had horrible manners and did not greet me when I first came in. After 30 minutes of her personal chat with someone else, I decided that if the veterinarian Karen had such horrible help then she was either unaware or just plain rude also. I never went back of course.

These scum bags sent our DYING dog away because it was nearly lunch time... Refused to even look at him. The one old hag had the audacity to comment on the fact that someone had CARRIED a dog in so close to lunch(then giggled) but never got her lazy a$$ up to offer any assistance or even put the phone down. They call them selves professionals. That is a joke. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR ANIMALS!!!! I took my best friend to them hoping for something. I knew he was not going to make it but I hoped they would at least help him be comfortable for what little time he had left. Unfortunately, it was lunch time...

I have lived in many locations with Annie, my 12 year old dachshund, and Dr. Karen and staff are by far the best experience we have had at the vet's. They are down to earth (you might find Dr. Karen sitting in the lobby talking to a patient's owner), and they are extremely accommodating. Love them.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. I have never seen my pets so calm at the veterinarian before. They really seem to have such a gift with animals here.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
