It wasn't too bad, but I'm not sure I got my money's worth.

No. It took me several times to get through.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. It has never crossed my mind to take my pets anywhere else due to their outstanding ability to perform any basic as well as complicated procedures. Their level of knowledge and experience is unlike any other vet I have ever been to.
