Horrible customer service.. I came in to the office for my cleaning appointment, and the receptionist tells me since I am a new patient I would need X-ray and they can't do cleaning without X-rays. She also tells me since you already had X-rays this year, your insurance may not cover the second. I flipped out, couldn't hold myself. Before the appointment date, I asked her two times to check my insurance if all would be covered for the v.isit, and she didn't. She tells me they don't check insurance before the patients come in!!!! This is the most reducalous thing I've ever heard. She goes and says they don't want to spend time checking insurance information because they are afraid patient might cancel the appointment. OMG! So I guess they rather spend an hour arguing with an unhappy patient at the time of the appointment rather than spending 5 minutes checking insurance information before the appointment. She said they won't charge me if I just left, so I left.
