I cannot say enough good things about Twin Creek. To say they are outstanding is an understatement. We've had two rescued puppies that have both been sick and both Dr. Rush and Dr. Seth went out of their way to make us feel comfortable with hard decisions we've had to make. Their prices are VERY, VERY reasonable and the staff is remarkable! I would trust Dr. Rush and Dr. Seth with any of my furry children. I drive from Villa Rica, Georgia passing lots of vets just to be a client of Twin Creek! To drive an hour and a half one way speaks volumes! You won't go wrong with Twin Creek!

Never, they are very reliable.

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Does this provider offer flexible appointment times?
Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

There is no comparison!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Both Drs. Rush and Taylor are fantastic! They and the staff are pleasant, kind, and sympathetic. I've never had to wait more than 5 or 6 mins. to be seen. The doctors are sensitive to my financial needs as well as my pet's needs. They also take plenty of time to answer all of my questions, and my children's (if they're with me). If you have several animals or prefer they will come to you (yes, of course there's an extra fee). I have also used them for boarding my old, blind dog and am very pleased with her level of comfort and care while she's there.
