They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate. They consoled me when I was upset. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good.
