I thought the doctor was friendly and capable. The cost was fair and I am planning to make this my veterinarian for all my pets.

Dr. Marsh is amazing with my pets. I've been going to him for 11 years and he has always treated me and my pets like family. He is very caring, kind and respectful and takes time to explain things to me.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

Never, they are very reliable.

They don't offer emergency after-hour services, which is frustrating because in an emergency I want to be able to see someone I trust. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
