Was recommended here. I made my appt. and was scheduled two weeks out. Lady on the phone was nice and helpful. She told me to bring my dog in for dental in the morning (never told me an exact time). We show up at 9am. Was overlooked twice by the people in the front. Finally after 15 min. or so an older lady ask me what we needed. I said dental, and she immediately said it was to late and was very short. I told her I didn't understand as she stated the rules that they only take dental between 7:30 - 8:30. I continued to plea considering we have waited two weeks, took off the morning of work and sat at least an hour in traffic in the rain just to make it here this morning. She checked in the back with someone, returned and said something about how the day has changed and said I could leave my dog but wont be able to get her until the next day And there will be an added charge. Obviously I'm not thrilled at this point and said I cant leave her over night. This women's response was "YOU CAN TAKE HER SOMEWHERE ELSE THEN!) I was floored! This was how she handled a new customer. I got up and left! I recommend you take your pet somewhere else. This place doesn't deserve your business.

The staff here is amazing and their prices are better than anywhere else. I would not have been able to afford to save my cat if i had not come here, they let me put a deposit and pay the rest with post-dated checks. Costs and treatment were discussed up front and the vet techs were so helpful.

The tech who talked to me was a bit condesending but my questions were answered. the young guy behind the counter when we arrived never smiled or said a word till I said I had called earlier and was told to come in. He just looked at me waiting for me to speak first. Usually the staff there is so nice & friendly but the ones I saw this visit didn't go out of their way at all, however I felt like my needs were met. The office was easy enough to find. I didn't have a bad experience but I left very annoyed that they shaved my dog on each side of her lower back - leaving what looked like a sloppy mohawk but it wasn't done so they could put any medication on her - as they didn't put anything on her at all. they just felt she "needed the area shaved" and they charged me $25 for doing it. I keep my dog in a traditional pattern for her breed and my groomer charges me $35 for this - but for $25 my dog left ABC looking like a clown. so I was very unhappy with that but otherwise they gave me prescriptions that helped my dog over her problems and the hair will grow back (I guess I'm more annoyed that they charged me for that) also, I was told if I didn't go into the exam room and didn't actually meet with the vet I would not be charged the office visit - but I was charged for it anyway. Still this clinic is less expensive than others and the job gets done. For that I will go back again if necessary. (just wont let anyone near my dog with clippers!)
