No, I didn't feel comfortable at all

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Never, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives thanks to their care.
