The facility & OTHER staff were professional & courteous, so I would recommend this facility. BUT BUT BUT BEFORE you check In, ask which doctor you Will see. If it is Charlotte Jackson ( I will not refer to her as Dr., this would be an insult to other REAL Dr.s) if u are to see her RUN RUN RUN!!!! This lady is big mean & nasty!!!!! VERY Nasty attitude and even nastier clothes...she had Food stains on her lab coat!!! AND she misdiagnosed me & prescibed to me wrong medication. Please DO NOT PUT YOUR HEALTH IN THIS LADY's hands.

I can't even give this facility a star. It deserves a minus. DO NOT go to this facility. The receptionist was crabby, no big deal. The triage nurse barely said a word to us, fine. Then DR. JACKSON, remember that name, do not ever see her. She was the most unprofessional human being I have ever met, especially someone who has her training. She started rubbing and digging in my knuckle which had a hole in it, no skin. She never apologized for hurting me. My husband told her to stop or give me something for the pain if she was going to do that. Her answer to us was and I quote, "Huh?" and she didn't stop digging. My husband yelled for her to stop and again she looked at us like I was crazy for feeling pain, she said, "Huh?" My husband told her he can't believe her nerve and I pulled my hand from her and ran out bleeding a lot. He called for someone else to help us and the receptionist never looked up. It was obvious she didn't give a crap. We drove all the way to the Cordova location which was still Baptist and it was an entirely different office, smiles, comforting comments, wonderful Dr. Lindsay and sweet nurses. We will be filing official complaints ASAP. Remember, the doctor's name is Jackson.
