What a disappointment. We considered this office to be our vet. When our young dog needed to be seen urgently, we were offered an appointment 2 weeks away.
Over the years they treated our dogs and at times they were willing to work us in if it was urgent. Well, no more. Their schedule is more important than a young dog for whom they have provided care since birth.
I feel so abandoned. I believed they had a commitment to their patients. A concern for our doggy.
I did not hear concern but a matter of fact scheduling like might be offered to have a haircut or an oil change.

Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

They gave my newly rescued dog a free visit and free sample dog chow. Nice staff and doctor for the free 5-minute visit/exam I had.
