Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The examining rooms at #fullname|business~this veterinarian#'s office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time.. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors.

I went in with my dog for an injury to his tail. I was informed that he needed surgery to remove part of the tail so that they could close the wound. After 6 days when it was bleeding again (bleeding quite a bit) we went to our regular vet who had to re-do the surgery because they had not taken out enough bone to prevent the bone from rubbing against the wound. I was told it would never have healed properly if they didn't operate. Really upset that the care my dog received didn't actually solve the problem and I had to put my dog through a 2nd surgery.

If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. If you are looking for a veterinarian that goes above and beyond, look no further. They offer after-hour services for any emergency and will not hesitate meeting patients at the clinic rather than making them go to an emergency center where they know nobody. It is so reassuring to know that if I need them, they will be there for me.

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
