They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. I was unimpressed with how insensitive they were when my pet was sick. They just told me the worst case scenario with total disregard towards my feelings.
