I cannot recommend this veterinary practice that caused the death of my beloved cat, Lavinia. Although Lavinia was 14 years of age and had demonstrated a lack of appetite, Dr. Levin delivered the cat to me, stating that she found no problems. I took the cat home, and within a 1/2 she was dead. There is no explanation as to what happened to this cat-- I witnessed Dr. Levin giving my cat a shot, telling me that they were "vitamins." Lavinia gave out a horrible shriek of pain as I left the building with her in my arms. At home, she could not walk. I carried her to a couch and left her resting, looking after her, and she lay there, eyes open, not meowing. She lay there for some minutes. I put a blanket on her. She stopped breathing and it was over for her. Dr. Levin did not tell me that Lavinia was terminal. She did not describe what kind of care Lavinia had received in the hour that she was at the vet.

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Somewhat, they eventually called me back
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
They were decent, but not very affordable

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
